High Ridge Fire Crews Respond to Water Rescue on the Big River at Rockford Beach

(House Springs) Fire crews with the High Ridge Fire Protection District responded to water rescue on the Big River at Rockford Beach in House Springs on Monday.
High Ridge Fire Assistant Chief Kevin Miniea says the call came in around 4:30 in the afternoon.
According to Miniea, this is the 6th water rescue his department has responded to at Rockford Beach this summer.
The 32-year-old St. Louis woman was treated and released on scene by personnel with the Big River Ambulance District.
