High Ridge man arrested after robbery

(High Ridge) A High Ridge man was arrested after robbing a gas station convenience store last week. Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office Spokesman Grant Bissell says the incident took place on August 5th in the High Ridge area.
Bissell says there are some unusual circumstances with this crime.
During the investigation, Dearing claimed to be homeless and was needing food. Steven Dearing has been charged with 1st Degree Robbery and Armed Criminal Action.
