Highway Patrol and Department of Transportation Asking Motorists to Prepare for Winter Months Ahead

(Jefferson County) With the official start of winter almost a month away, the Missouri State Highway Patrol is reminding motorists get prepared now to avoid any issues in the coming months with the colder weather and possible winter precipitation.

MoDOT Area Engineer Stephen O’Connor adds the Missouri Department of Transportation is getting their salt supply ready for the winter months ahead.
