Hillsboro Fire Waiting on Closing of Property Purchased from Hillsboro Schools

(Hillsboro) The Hillsboro Fire Protection District is waiting for the closing of a stretch of property they purchased from the Hillsboro School District.
The 1.8 acres of land, which is part of the former Bridle Ridge property is planned to be the future site of a new fire station.
Hillsboro fire district Chief Brian Gaudet says they have had a few delays on the property closing.
Chief Gaudet provides an update on current design plans of the new fire house.
The Hillsboro School District agreed to sell the section of property to Hillsboro fire for $76,500.
