(HILLSBORO) In a girls soccer match on KJFF tonight, Hillsboro is propelled to a 4-1 victory over the Fox Warriors by a hat trick from Lady Hawk Jillian Schlote. At just inside of 25 minutes of the first half, the senior forward gives the Hawks the advantage.

Then with a little more than 5 minutes remaining in the first half, the teamwork of the Hawks truly shines.

On a hat trick, Schlote gets it.

Down 3-0 in the second half, the Warriors try to mount a comeback through the foot of Lena Higgins.

The Hawks then tack on a 4th goal off the head of Abby Schacht with the assist to Jillian Schlote. Hillsboro head coach Chris Schacht says his favorite moment of the game was the hustle play by Schlote on the final goal.

The win gives Hillsboro its 10th win of the season and the loss drops Fox to 7-6. The Warriors are back in action tomorrow at home against Northwest. The Hawks will next enter the Camdenton Tournament this weekend to take on Hannibal, Camdenton and Fatima.
