Hillsboro Homecoming & Festival returning

(Hillsboro) Several annual community events will be coming back this year. One of those which comes up quickly is the Hillsboro Homecoming and Festival. Hillsboro Mayor Buddy Russell says they are planning for it, and they have much to do to have it ready in May.
The Hillsboro Chamber of Commerce is working on events that still keep social distancing in mind.
