(HILLSBORO) The Hillsboro High School Archery team competed in the Missouri Show-Me Games in Columbia recently and shot their way to a first-place finish in the Bullseye tournament.

8th-year Archery Team Coach Dan Gronborg had 24 kids participate and the Top 12 scores counted towards the team’s total points. Gronborg says that he has quite a few elite archers on his team.

For those not familiar with how an archery tournament works, coach Gronborg has you covered.

The archery season is not done just yet as Hillsboro will be competing in the official state tournament later this month.

The state tournament will be March 22nd and 23rd in Branson, Missouri.
