Hillsboro man faces charges after shooting incident on June 21st

(Hillsboro) A Hillsboro area man was recently charged with a few crimes after an incident on Wednesday, June 21st. Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office Spokesman Grant Bissell says the situation took place in the 100 block of Red Bud Lane near Hillsboro.
Bissell says the reporting party was inside the home when things took a turn…
The 56-year-old male, whose name has not been released, could face charges of Assault in the 2nd Degree, as well as Unlawful Use of a Weapon.
