Hillsboro’s Coach Naeger Looking Forward to Softball Season

(HILLSBORO) Hillsboro High School softball coach Tish Naeger says her players have had an active summer participating in camps, travel ball and workouts. Naeger believes her roster looks good with nine players coming back this fall for their senior season along with pitcher Ashley Hilton who will be a sophomore.
According to Naeger, Hillsboro will have their jamboree on Saturday August 19th and will then play in the Sullivan Jamboree the following weekend.
The Hillsboro girls softball team finished last season with a record of 23-10 after a heartbreaking 2-1 loss to Rockwood Summit in the district tournament.
