Hillsboro’s Mackenzie Baker Earns Parkland Health Mart Pharmacy Play It Forward Athlete of the Week Award

(HILLSBORO) Hillsboro goalkeeper Mackenzie Baker is the latest Parkland Health Mart Pharmacy Play It Forward Athlete of the Week.

Baker recorded a shutout against St. Clair and Windsor last week, stopping 14 shots in 200 minutes of action and allowing her team to win both matches in penalty kicks. This is Baker’s first-ever year playing soccer and head coach Chris Schacht has been impressed with her progression as a goalkeeper.

As the Parkland Health Mart Pharmacy Athlete of the Week, Hillsboro’s Mackenzie Baker will get a t-shirt, a certificate, and the Parkland Health Mart Pharmacy will donate 25-dollars to a non-profit of Baker’s choice.
