Hillsboro’s Moore wraps up hoops career with spot on Dream Team

(Hillsboro, Mo.) Another great Hillsboro Hawks basketball player wraps up his career. Mark Moore had a memorable 4 years at “The Nest” and capped his career with a spot on the Regional Radio Dream Team. Moore said that, coming in to his final season, he felt he had a lot to live up to, but he got plenty of help.
Moore led Hillsboro in scoring with almost 14 points per game and helped the Hawks to a JCAA Large School Division championship and a spot in the Class 4 District 2 title game. But it’s not just season and the teammates he had this year that Moore will remember.
As Moore wraps up a fabulous career that includes Dream Team selections in both basketball and soccer, he points to the athletic department at Hillsboro for molding and shaping him.
Moore is committed to play both soccer and basketball at Webster University.
