Historic Tanglefoot Association still trying for historic designation

(Festus, Crystal City)  The Covid-19 pandemic slowed a lot of progress and planning for several organizations over the past two years. One such group is the Historic Tanglefoot Association of Festus-Crystal City. Prior to the pandemic, the group was trying to get the final approval to deem Festus Main Street as Historic Festus Main Street, and the process was placed on hold. Well after holding a group meeting for the first time in nearly two years, Tanglefoot President Denny Foster says things are moving once again.
