Human remains found in Pevely have been identified

(Pevely) The recent human remains that were found in Pevely have been identified. The Regional Medical Examiner’s Office has stated the remains are those of 64-year-old Joan Giudicy of Pevely. Her remains were found on Sunday, April 23rd in a wooded area near Taylor Drive. Her death is considered suspicious and is still being investigated by the Pevely Police Department and detectives with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office. Anyone with information on the case should call the Pevely Police Department and ask for Chief Mark Glenn.
