(HILLSBORO) The Inaugural Suntrup Auto Grandview Christmas Tournament begins Thursday at Grandview High School. The first game features top-seed St. Pius and 8-seed KIPP at 2:30. Lancers head coach Eric Lawrence says it’s a privilege to be a part of the first-ever Grandview tournament.

 
Following the St. Pius-KIPP game, 4-seed Lesterville will take on 5-seed Northwest. Lions head coach Jeremy Moss believes his guys can compete with the Bearcats athletically.

 
The 3rd game of the day involves Jefferson as the two seed and Grandview 7th. Blue Jays head coach Sean Breeze is thankful for being included in this tournament and is looking forward to some holiday basketball.

 
Grandview Eagles first-year head coach Taylor Hassell is happy to be a part of history and feels like the kids are pretty excited too.

 
Jefferson and Grandview will tip-off around 5:30 Thursday night.

The final opening round game of the Inaugural Suntrup Auto Grandview Christmas Tournament will be 3-seed Christian Academy of Greater St. Louis against the 6th-seeded St. Louis Patriots.
