Inmate Death at Bonne Terre Prison

(Bonne Terre) An inmate from the prison in Bonne Terre has died.

A news release from the Missouri Department of Corrections says an autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of death of 52-year-old Paul Lathon.

Lathon died on Saturday.

He was serving life without parole for first degree murder, armed criminal action and first degree assault from St. Louis County.

Lathon was first sent to prison in March of 2001.
