Investigation after Apparent Hit and Run in Bonne Terre

(Bonne Terre) The Missouri State Highway Patrol is investigating the death of a man from what looks to be a hit and run case.

The man’s body was found early Monday morning near the Bonne Terre southbound exit ramp of Highway 67.

A search for a vehicle possibly involved in the incident is underway with authorities looking for a dark grey 2018 Dodge Caravan that is missing a side mirror with possible damage to the passenger side.

The dead person’s identity has not revealed yet with notification of next of kin pending.
