Iron County Man Charged with Child Porn Arrested Again for Failure to Appear in Court

(Ironton) A local man was arrested on criminal charges in Iron County by members of the Missouri State Highway Patrol on Wednesday.

The arrest report says 40-year-old Daniel H. Reyes of rural Ironton was taken to jail.

Reyes has been charged with three Class B felonies of possession of child pornagrphy-2nd subsequent offense or possessing more than 20 pictures.

Casenet says Reyes was actually picked up this week at his residence on Iron County road 32B on a warrant for failure to appear in court on these three charges.

His initial arrest was back on March 31st.

As of right now, no new court date has been set for Reyes.
