Ironton Man Killed In Accident

(Ironton) An Ironton man has died after being struck by a vehicle on Highway 72 in Iron County.
The highway patrol says 33 year old Michael Stirts the Third was in the roadway when he was hit by a Ford Escape being driven by 60 year old Lana Conner of Ironton.
He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Iron County Coroner.
The accident happened last night just before 8;30 on Highway 72, a mile east of Arcadia.
