Ironton Woman Injured in Two Vehicle Accident in Iron County

(Iron County) One person was injured in a two vehicle crash in Iron County on Tuesday evening.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 2003 Chevy Impala being driven by 24-year-old Samantha Hurst of Ironton was driving on Route E, 3 miles east south of Arcadia when she crossed the center of the road and struck a 2007 Chrysler Town and Country mini-van being driven by 76-year-old Carol Kelshheimer of Arcadia.

Hurst was transported by ambulance to Iron County Medical Center in moderate injuries.

The accident happened just before 6 on Tuesday evening.
