It’s A Good Time For A Soil Sample

(Hillsboro) University of Missouri Extension Horticulture Field Specialist Debi Kelly says right now is a good time to get a soil sample test.

Kelly says it is 20-dollars per sample. Additionally, Kelly says you need to water your plants in the winter.
