J98 Blood Drive Shatters Goal!

(Farmington) Our special J-98 Blood Drive today is being looked at as a success. Many came out, during the 5-hour drive at the V.F.W. in Farmington, to give the gift of life. Rocky Good was one of the donors. He’s the pastor at New Heights Church, located just north of Farmington. He tells us he has donated 118 units of blood in his lifetime.

Julie Gustafson with the Red Cross was happy to see many from the community show up and give the gift of life.

In all, we collected 58 units of blood at our special blood drive Friday in Farmington, shattering the goal of 43. J-98 broadcast from the event for the entire five hours.
