James Eugene “Col. Jim” Bell of Pevely passed away Sunday September 20th, he was 88 years old.
A visitation for James “Col. Jim” Bell will be Saturday from 10am until the time of funeral services at Noon, at the Vinyard Funeral home in Festus.
Burial in Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens in Crystal City.
