(Crystal City) KJFF’s Friday night programming is highlighted by a battle of neighboring schools as the Crystal City Hornets will host the St. Pius Lancers in a varsity basketball doubleheader.

The girls will take the floor first as the 5-10 Hornets see the 9-7 Lancers come to their house. The Hornets have been led this season by Kailey Kreig, who is averaging 10.1 points per game, while the Lancers boast Machela Cook and her 15.3 points per game average on the year. Cook also leads the team in rebounds per game with 10.9.
