Jane Ellen Bates – Service TBD
Jane Ellen Bates of Herculaneum passed away on Thursday at the age of 60. Bates graduated from Festus High School in 1977, worked in the insurance industry with medical billing, and later for the Christmas House in Kimmswick. She loved crafting, yard sales, antiquing and being with her kids and grandkids.
She is survived by her husband William “Bill” Bates, sons Josh Bates of Festus, and Kyle Bates of Herculaneum; grandchildren Brooke, Brielle, Harper, and Conner Bates; and sisters Mary Becker of Rolla, Beth Kaempfe of Festus, and Martha “Marty” Domahowski of Imperial.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to the American Cancer Society.
Services are being provided by Vinyard Funeral Home in Pevely.
