Janis Kondrad of Farmington died Friday at the age of 78.
The funeral service will be 1:00 Monday at Cozean Chapel in Farmington with burial in Hillview Memorial Gardens.
Visitation for Janis Kondrad will be 11:00 Monday morning at the funeral home.
