JCHD ready for 1st vaccination clinic in Festus

(Hillsboro) The Jefferson County Health Department will hold its first vaccination clinic at the old Shop N Save building in Festus Thursday (4/1). Health Department Director Kelley Vollmar says they have everything prepared for not only this clinic but several more in the future.
Vollmar says the JCHD continues to administer the Moderna vaccine, but that could change.
Vollmar says there is a good chance the Missouri National Guard may get directly involved with the process.
The Health Department administered three-thousand second shots on Monday and Tuesday at First Baptist Church in Arnold.
