JCSO reports high numbers in domestic violence cases

(Hillsboro) The number of domestic violence cases has been on the rise in Jefferson County. Patty Short is the Victims Services Coordinator with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office. She says the number of domestic cases was at a pretty high level at the end of July.

Short says there are some possible reasons why the numbers are higher than in years past.
