Jeannie Goff to run for Jefferson County Elections Clerk

(Hillsboro) A longtime member of the Jefferson County Elections Office will be running for County Elections Clerk in 2022. Current Elections Clerk Ken Waller announced he would not seek another four-year term, and Jeannie Goff who has worked for that office for 35 years, will run for the position. Goff says she and the current staff work well together and she hopes to keep things moving along smoothly if elected.

Goff, who is running as a Republican, says the office has kept things safe and secure over the years.

Along with Waller, Goff has worked alongside former Elections Clerks Randy Hohlman, and Wes Wagner, and was first hired by longtime clerk Eleanor Koch-Rehm. Goff will look to win the Primary Election in August, and run for the seat the following November.
