Jeffco Spotlight Community Theater spring performance success

(Festus) The Jeffco Spotlight Community Theater held its spring performance the Acting Troupe Showcase this past weekend. Samantha Roberson is the Vice President of the Spotlight Community Theater Board. She says the performances were great and were very well attended.

There were 54 actors and actresses involved in the three separate performances on both evenings. Roberson says then there are the others who helped out behind the scenes.

The event was held in the multipurpose room at Festus Middle School. The next performance will be The Wizard of Oz and that will be held in early August at Jefferson College in Hillsboro.
