Jefferson College Announces the Passing of Campus Police Chief

(Hillsboro) Jefferson College is reporting the death of campus police Chief Don Riffe.

Riffe, who was also an instructor at Jefferson College’s Law Enforcement Academy, passed away on Thursday after an extended hospital stay.

College spokesman Roger Barrentine gives his sincerest condolences to Chief Riffe’s family and friends.

Funeral arrangements have not been released at this time.
