Jefferson College Softball Showcase Camp Is Friday, August 4th

(Hillsboro) The Jefferson College Softball Showcase Camp is Friday, August 4th. The one-day camp is for high schoolers that will graduate between 2024 and 2027. Chris Starkey is the head coach of the Vikings. He breaks down what the day will look like.

The camp will be taught by Jefferson College coaches and players and costs $60.00 to attend. Starkey says they will accept walk-ups, however, he would prefer if you sign up ahead of time to give him and the instructors a good idea of how many campers will attend.

The flyer says that 20 campers from each graduation year from 2024 to 2027 will be accepted, but Starkey says there may be some fluctuation with that number.

This is the third year Jefferson College has hosted this showcase. Starkey says this is a great recruiting opportunity for him and his staff.
