Jefferson College Upcoming Event for Social Workers

(HILLSBORO) Jefferson College’s Social Work Advisory Committee in Hillsboro will host a seminar on Tuesday August 8th entitled “A Day of Renewal for Social Workers”. The event is designed to give those in this particular professional field to obtain continuing education units, make connections with fellow social workers and take a break from the ordinary for professional development. Jefferson College Director of Public Relations and Marketing Roger Barrentine says those who attend will get seven and a half continuing education units.
According to Barrentine the day will feature several guest speakers.
