Jefferson County bans dine-in services at area restaurants

(Hillsboro) Jefferson County officials are now taking the same measures as the St. Louis area in terms of restricting large gatherings at area restaurants. County Executive Dennis Gannon has added an Executive Order to the County State of Emergency declaration to keep residents safe from Covid-19.

The ban on in-establishment dining at Jefferson County restaurants and bars begins just after midnight tonight (Thursday).

Gannon says business continues with certain aspects of government offices.
