Jefferson County Car Wreck Sends Pevely Man To Hospital With Serious Injuries

(Jefferson County) A Pevely man was seriously injured in a car wreck on Route ‘M-M’ in Jefferson County Monday afternoon. 43-year-old Martin Baker was eastbound in a Chevy Impala when he got a flat tire and lost control of the vehicle. Baker traveled off the left side of the road, across Duda Road, then struck a guardrail and a ditch then overturned. Baker was taken to Mercy Hospital South. The accident occurred around 4:15 Monday afternoon.
