Jefferson County could see severe thunderstorms

There’s a chance we could see some severe thunderstorms make their way through Jefferson County Wednesday.
Ben Herzog is a meteorologist with the National Weather Service office in St. Louis.
He says a couple factors could lead to strong storms around 6 p.m.
With early measures suggesting a possibility of hail and high winds, Herzog says there are simple steps to take and be prepared.
