Jefferson County Couple Admits to Possessing Child Porn

(St. Louis) A married couple from Jefferson County pleaded guilty Tuesday to the federal felony possessing and sharing child pornography with each other.

A news release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office says the investigation began when 52-year-old David John Dohrman sent a video containing child sexual abuse material to his wife, 48-year-old Jacquelin Michelle Dohrman back on October 1st of 2020.

The investigation began thanks to a tip from Facebook to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

A St. Louis County Police Department detective followed up and obtained search warrant for the Dohrman’s home in Jefferson County.

David Dohrman admitted sending the video to his wife and admitted searching for and downloading child pornography.

That’s according to his plea agreement.

Investigators uncovered child porn on cell phones belonging to the couple, as well as chats containing more child porn and a discussion about a young girl they had seen in a restaurant.

The Dohrmans will be sentenced October 5th and they could receive up to 20 years in prison.
