(Hillsboro) Jefferson County is reporting its highest number of positive COVID-19 cases since the start of the pandemic.
County health officials reported a 38-percent positive test rate for the final week of 2021, which is a 14-percent increase from the previous week.
Just less than half of eligible Jefferson County residents have been fully vaccinated against the Coronavirus.
