Jefferson County Family YMCA’s Virtual Holiday Auction Marked as Success

(Jefferson County) The Jefferson County Family YMCA Virtual Holiday Auction wrapped up over the weekend.

The virtual auction, which ran from November 16th-21st, was held in place of the dinner auction due to COVID-19 concerns.

Samantha Roberson is the Membership Director at the Y. She tells us how much money was raised during the auction.

With additional sponsorship commitments, the Y actually raised more than $21,725

Roberson mentions this auction is the Y’s community kickoff for their annual campaign which raises funds that are vital to Jefferson County.

The Jefferson County Family YMCA will be open from 7-11am on Thanksgiving Day.
