Jefferson County government Working on Budget before final submission to county council

(Jefferson County) Jefferson County government is working to piece next year’s budget together.

Jefferson County Executive Dennis Gannon says October is when they really start focusing on next year’s budget.

We asked Gannon if there are any significant items that the county plans to budget for next year.

Each department will continue to work on their end of the budget before the finalized version is sent for approval by the county council on November 1st.
