Earlier yesterday, Jefferson County began adopting new restrictions to reduce the spread of Covid-19 in the region. The new restrictions for the Stay At Home Orders took effect just after midnight this (Tuesday) morning and will remain in effect until just before midnight on April 23rd. Jefferson County Health Director Kelly Vollmar says there are a few key components to the Stay At Home Order…

Just of few of the businesses that will continue operations are healthcare facilities, grocery stores, convenience stores, restaurants and bars…..but only for pickup, curbside, carry-out, take-out and delivery, businesses that ship or delivery groceries….food…or goods, transportation services, mailing and shipping services, laundromats, hardware stores, construction entities, childcare services, hotels, funeral homes, along with federal, state, and local government.
