Jefferson County Health Department Reminds to Hydrate

(FESTUS) A spokesperson for the Jefferson County Health Department reminds everyone to observe heat and sun safety during the current wave. Health Department Public Information Officer Brianne Zwiener says drinking plenty of water to stay hydrated is very important.
The health department is closed on Friday’s but its facilities in Hillsboro and Arnold serve as cooling centers Monday through Thursday during regular business hours during times of extreme heat.
