(Hillsboro) Jefferson County remains in the Red Status with the Covid-19 Guidance Indicators with a large number of positive cases recently. Jefferson County Health Department Director Kelley Vollmar says these numbers won’t reflect the possible cases of Halloween weekend. Vollmar fears a possible problem down the road with all the pending holidays coming up.

Vollmar stresses the importance of residents keeping themselves safe when out in public.

The Jefferson County Health Department has been notified of 177 new positive cases for Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) in the county on Thursday.
