Jefferson County joint mask order continues into January

(Hillsboro) The Jefferson County Health Department and Government joint mask order will continue into January. The Health Department Board of Directors met and voted to extend it on Monday afternoon. Jefferson County Executive Dennis Gannon says there are no further restrictions added to the order….
Jefferson County Health Department Director Kelley Vollmar says the numbers have improved….slightly.
Vollmar is hopeful, the public will continue to take precautions heading into the holidays.
The Jefferson County joint mask order will stay in effect until January 21st. At that point, the Health Board will decide whether to let it expire or extend it.
