Jefferson County Judge Juli Hand now handling juvenile cases

(Hillsboro) Jefferson County 23rd Judicial Circuit Associate Judge Juli Hand has a new docket of cases to handle moving forward. Judge Hand says she is now handling one-half of the juvenile cases after a recent appointment of fellow judge Shannon Dougherty from Associate Judge to Circuit Judge.
Hand says this new docket has her staying pretty busy.
Judge Juli Hand won her election to become the 23rd Judicial Circuit Associate Judge in Division 11 in November of last year. She previously served as the Jefferson County Municipal Judge.
