Jefferson County Sheriff’s Deputy injury

(Imperial) Injuries among members of law enforcement in the line of duty are certainly not uncommon. One Jefferson County Sheriff’s deputy has suffered an injury to his foot in very unusual circumstances. Sheriff Dave Marshak explains.

Sheriff Marshak says he’s not for certain if charges against the homeowner will be applied for at this time.

The recovering officer was injured within the last week and the residence is located in the Imperial area.
