Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office almost at full capacity

(Hillsboro) The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office continues the hiring process to fill a handful of open positions. Sheriff Dave Marshak says they have been able to hire quite a few very experienced officers.

Sheriff Marshak says they are very close to being fully staffed.

The Sheriff’s office staff sits at around 250 employees in total, which also includes office staff, bailiffs, and corrections officers.
