Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office investigating recent stolen vehicle cases

(Hillsboro, Barnhart, Fenton) The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a stolen vehicle in Fenton. Sheriff’s Office Spokesman Grant Bissell says they received the call on March 17th.

No arrests have been made in this case.

Also, on March 19th, the Sheriff’s Office was also dispatched to the 29-hundred block of Wedde Road in Barnhart for a report of a black 1999 International truck parked at a residence.

Bissell says they then arrested the homeowner.

Law enforcement officials are still searching for the suspect who stole the truck. Anyone with information on the case is asked to contact the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office or St. Louis County Police.
