Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office looking to move South Zone location

(Hillsboro) The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is wanting to move one of their zone offices sometime in the near future. Sheriff Dave Marshak says he recently sent a letter to County Executive Dennis Gannon, the County Council, and Jefferson College which details the desire to move the substation at the Hillsboro campus to another location.

It’s unknown where the South Zone office might be moved to. The Sheriff’s Office has its East Zone on the Windsor School campus in Imperial, and the North Zone office is in the Dillion Plaza Shopping Center in High Ridge. Marshak hopes to make changes to those zone offices in the future as well.
