Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office ongoing training

(Hillsboro) The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office has been very busy as of late with several training sessions. Sheriff Dave Marshak says it’s a difficult challenge to balance the training and keeping a good amount of deputies on the roads.

The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office just conducted baton training for their deputies last week. Also, the Jefferson County K-9 units were out all this past week for re-certifications through the North American Police Work Dog Association.
