Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office still recruiting and hiring

(Hillsboro) The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office continues to grow and bring in new recruits whether its new hires from the academies or experienced officers from other neighboring departments. Sheriff Dave Marshak says it’s nice to be acknowledged for making significant changes within the department with added technology, the passing of Proposition P, and of course, hiring more deputies.

The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office still has a few open positions to fill currently, plus ten to twelve additional hires coming sometime in 2020.
